Sanctuary Class : Reset Flow

This reset class is great during transitions, whether that be seasonal or a life transition. It's also useful anytime you need a reset for body and mind. That reset can be for a new day, a new week, a new month, or even a new year.

Throughout this class you will be invited to choose a reset pose as we progress through three simple flows. The class winds down with some gentle stretches and ends in a nice savasana.

Props: 2 blocks (recommended but optional)

Class length: 29 minutes

Sanctuary Class : Simple Flow II

Settle in with a grounding, floor-based warm up before moving into a dynamic flow of paired-poses that’s steady, intentional, and quietly powerful. The pace stays accessible, but the repetition builds heat, focus, and functional strength as you move.

We’ll ease back down with a soothing cool down and close with a luxurious savasana.

A simple, refreshing practice to help you reconnect, reset, and feel strong from the inside out.

Step onto your mat and into clarity.

This 30-minute slow flow invites you to breathe, move, and clear the mental fog that gets in the way of confidence and direction. This simple practice focuses on spacious side-body opening and inner-leg activation; areas connected to feeling purposeful, inspired, and ready to move forward.

Whether you're facing a decision, feeling mentally stuck, or just craving a little inner clarity, this flow offers simple movements that create room both physically and mentally. Expect a calm pace, mindful pauses, and a grounded finish that brings everything into focus.

Optional props: 2 blocks and a blanket.

Sanctuary Class : Deep Release Yin

Sink into stillness with this 30-minute Yin practice designed to unwind fascia and quiet the mind. Each pose is held for 1–2 minutes to help you soften tension, notice what’s present, and create space in the body. A perfect class when you’re craving depth, introspection, and release.

Optional props: A strap and 2 blocks

Class length: 33 minutes

Sanctuary Class : Simple + Well Rounded Flow

This class offers a simple full-body flow with a gentle warm up, a mindful standing sequence, and a calming finish. A great class to do when you are looking for a nice well rounded yoga flow. Nothing fancy or complicated here. Grab your mat, find a quiet space, and give yourself the gift of 30 minutes just for you.

Optional props: 2 blocks.

Class length: 28 minutes (stay longer in savasana if time allows)

First Sanctuary Class: Balance Body + Mind

Welcome to the very first class in the 30 Minute Yoga Sanctuary! This well-rounded practice is designed to bring harmony to both body and mind. It’s only natural that we slip in and out of balance, this class offers a reset whenever you need an all over tune-up. Take this time just for you, and walk away feeling grounded, open, calm, and, of course, balanced.

Props you may want to have on hand: 2 blocks and a blanket or towel.

Class length: 37 minutes (last few minutes include breathwork and savasana)
